Top-tier national law firm seeking a transactional real estate associate for the Portland office. The role focuses on real estate finance and commercial acquisitions and dispositions, with substantive responsibility on deals and client work.

Ideal candidates will have a solid command of title and survey review, strong deal skills, and excellent drafting and writing ability. Leasing and joint venture experience is a plus. Admission to the Oregon Bar is required; other state bars are advantageous.

3–6 years of transactional real estate experience
Demonstrated experience with real estate finance and commercial acquisitions/dispositions
Strong title and survey review skills
Oregon Bar admission required (other state bars a plus)
Excellent writing and academic record; leasing/JV experience preferred
