Join a national real estate & land use practice as a junior transactional associate. The team handles complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio work across core and emerging asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, hospitality and data center transactions. This role is open in multiple U.S. offices (Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle and Bellevue).

The position requires ownership of project work on fast-moving matters, strong analytical drafting, and the ability to anticipate and resolve commercial and legal issues. You will collaborate across offices and practices to deliver coordinated solutions for large portfolios and institutional clients.

Minimum 1 year of transactional real estate experience
Strong drafting and analytical skills; ability to manage pieces of complex transactions
