Seeking a commercial real estate associate to join a national full-service firm's Minneapolis office. The role offers hands‑on work across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and real estate finance within a cross‑office Real Estate practice group.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases and lease amendments, mortgage and loan documents, and managing title, survey and other due diligence matters. The team represents developers, investors, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, property managers, corporate users and governmental entities.

Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate experience
