Real Estate Associate — Real Estate, Washington, D.C.

Growing real estate team in Washington, D.C. is seeking mid‑level and senior associates to support a broad transactional practice. Work will involve leasing, mortgage and mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side), joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative group that values mentorship, professional growth and a supportive workplace culture. Candidates with strong transactional experience outside of core real estate will also be considered.

• Mid‑level to senior associate with solid transactional experience in one or more of: leasing, mortgage/mezzanine lending, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions/dispositions, or development
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex real estate transactions and work collaboratively on deal teams
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client‑service skills
• Interest in mentorship, professional development and contributing to a growing practice
