Real Estate Attorney — Washington, D.C.

Growing real estate group in Washington, D.C. seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the team. The role will handle acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, management and sales matters for a mix of developers, owners, institutional and private investors, and lenders.

Candidates may be senior associates or junior partner-level; strong experience negotiating commercial leases and real estate joint venture transactions is particularly valued. The role requires the ability to work independently on complex transactions and to collaborate across practice teams as needed.

• Admission to, and in good standing with, the D.C. Bar
• Significant commercial real estate experience (acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, management and/or dispositions)
• Experience with or exposure to real estate joint ventures preferred
• Strong analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and ability to work with minimal supervision
