This role sits within the housebuilder/residential development group and involves advising on the acquisition of immediate and strategic land, supporting transactions from instruction through completion, and maintaining regular client engagement. You will work as part of a regional and national team, supporting colleague-led matters and contributing to business development and client relationship activities.

Experience of advising developers/housebuilders on site acquisitions or residential development matters.
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail on property documentation.
Good commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable working collaboratively across local and national teams and participating in business development activities.
