3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures).
Admitted to the California Bar.
Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience at a regional or national law firm; ability to manage a substantial workload and interact directly with clients.
