Leading national law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its South Florida office. The role involves working on a range of commercial real estate matters, supporting transactions and related client work within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will handle purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing and related due diligence and drafting tasks. The team offers exposure to sophisticated real estate matters across multiple property types.

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree and active bar admission or eligibility in Florida.
• Experience on commercial real estate matters, including transactions, leasing, financing, due diligence and drafting of contracts.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-communication skills; ability to manage workflow in a team setting.
