Our client, a top-tier national law firm, is seeking a junior Real Estate Associate with 2–3 years of substantive experience to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate finance (representing lenders and/or borrowers), real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions. Experience with land use and development is a plus. Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills are required, along with excellent communication and client-service abilities. The role offers hands-on training and early responsibility.

We are also interested in associates currently practicing at top national or AmLaw firms in major financial markets (e.g., New York, Chicago, Boston, D.C., L.A., San Francisco) who are interested in relocating to Denver.
