Our client, a top-tier national law firm, is seeking a junior Real Estate Associate with 2–3 years of substantive experience to join its Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions with direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate finance (representing lenders and/or borrowers), real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions. Experience with land use and development is a plus. Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to manage transactions under appropriate supervision. Excellent communication and client-service skills are essential.

We are also interested in candidates currently practicing at top national or AmLaw firms in major financial markets (e.g., New York, Chicago, Boston, D.C., L.A., San Francisco) who are interested in relocating to Denver while continuing to work on sophisticated, high-value matters.
