Real Estate Associate

Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a junior Real Estate Associate to join its Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking top-tier work, direct client exposure, and meaningful responsibility within a highly collaborative national practice.

Key responsibilities include handling real estate finance matters (representing lenders and/or borrowers), real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage transactions under appropriate supervision. This role offers hands-on training and early client responsibility.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2-3 years of substantive real estate transactional experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the Colorado Bar (or ability to waive in)
• Experience in real estate finance, joint ventures, and purchase/sale agreements preferred
