Our Real Estate Practice advises developers, owners, investors, lenders, and corporate clients on a broad range of real estate transactions and disputes. We help clients navigate complex matters across all asset classes, drawing on deep legal and commercial expertise to deliver successful outcomes.

We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate (approximately 3+ years of experience) to join our team in New York or Chicago. This role offers exposure to a high-volume, diverse caseload across multiple real estate matters and asset classes.

Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school
Minimum 3 years of general real estate experience in a large firm setting
Experience representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions across asset classes including commercial, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, data centers, hospitality, and others
Conducting due diligence, including lease review, title and survey review, and drafting due diligence reports
Strong drafting, communication, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform well under pressure
Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will work
Fluency in English
