Growing national real estate practice seeks a junior-to-midlevel transactional associate to join its commercial real estate team. The role focuses on acquisitions & sales, dispositions, commercial leasing, secured financing, joint ventures and land development matters across multiple Pacific Northwest offices.

The team values associates who can take responsibility for closings, conduct title, survey and related due diligence, and coordinate effectively with paralegals and colleagues in other offices. Prior law firm experience and a commitment to client service in a collaborative environment are required.

Approximately 2 years of commercial real estate transaction experience (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings).
Demonstrated title, survey and real estate due diligence experience; experience handling or assisting with closings.
Interest or experience on lender-side financings preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to manage responsibilities for multiple supervising attorneys and work with remote teams.
Prior law firm experience and comfort working in a firm environment.
