Growing Real Estate team seeks a 2nd–5th year associate to join its Reston office to handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters for sophisticated corporate and institutional clients.

Work will focus on leasing and data‑center related transactions (including colocation agreements), acquisitions and dispositions, diligence and title review, and documenting, negotiating and closing real‑estate secured loans. The role offers exposure to complex, client‑facing transactional work and an established benefits package.

2–5 years of real estate transactional experience at a comparable law firm
Experience with leasing and data‑center/colocation transactions; acquisitions, dispositions and diligence
Experience reviewing title and documenting/negotiating real‑estate secured loans
JD (or equivalent) and demonstrated strong academic performance
Superior writing, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
