Leading German law firm is seeking an experienced partner to grow and lead its Real Estate & Construction practice in the Berlin office. The role will combine high-end transactional and advisory work on large development, construction and infrastructure projects with responsibility for client development and team leadership.

The successful candidate will advise developers, contractors and investors across complex construction contracts, project delivery, and related real estate matters. This is a visible role with commercial responsibility and opportunities to shape practice strategy and cross-practice collaboration.

A portable practice or demonstrable track record of business origination is valued; the firm is flexible on scale for a strong cultural and practice fit.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (advising on construction projects, contracts and related real estate transactions).
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development capability; portability of a practice considered an advantage.
Experience leading lawyers and managing complex matters across multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent German and English; admitted to practice in Germany or equivalent qualification preferred.
