Seeking a senior real estate and construction partner to join a well-established national law firm’s Boston office. The role will lead client matters across transactional real estate, construction contracting and disputes, and related project-side work.

The team advises developers, owners, lenders and contractors on complex projects, including structuring, negotiation and dispute avoidance. This is an opportunity to take on high‑visibility matters and help grow a market-leading practice in New England.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including project documentation, contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Strong commercial judgment and experience advising developers, owners, lenders or contractors on complex transactions and projects.
Ability and willingness to develop or bring a portable practice to expand the local platform.
