Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Real Estate & Construction team in Boston. The role focuses on leading transactional and counseling matters across commercial real estate and construction-related matters, working with a mix of institutional and private clients.

The practice offers partnership leadership responsibilities, client development, and supervision of junior lawyers. The team handles a range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing support, construction contracts and dispute avoidance/resolution.

Established partner with a portable practice in real estate and/or construction matters
Active Massachusetts bar admission (or eligibility for admission)
Proven client development and business-generation ability
Experience supervising associates and managing client matters end-to-end
