Senior real estate lawyer opportunity in Boston focused on leasing, land use and transactional work. The role will lead complex commercial real estate matters, advise institutional and private clients, and mentor junior lawyers within an established regional/national practice.

The team handles a mix of leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, development, and zoning/land use matters. The hire will be expected to manage significant client relationships, contribute to practice growth, and work collaboratively across disciplines.

Significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, leasing and land use matters
Active admission to the Massachusetts bar (or willingness to obtain)
Proven client relationship and business development skills
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
