Lead partner role for an established real estate and construction practice based in Boston. The role combines transactional and project-focused work across commercial real estate, development, and construction matters and will suit a market-facing lawyer who wants to build and lead a team.

The firm is open to candidates based nationwide and will consider experienced lateral partners with a portable practice. This is an opportunity to shape a regional practice footprint, work on sophisticated client engagements, and collaborate across industry-focused teams.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law (transactional and/or contentious matters).
Demonstrable business development ability and track record of bringing or growing client relationships; portable book of business will be considered.
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in Massachusetts or willingness to qualify; eligibility to work in the U.S.
