Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston litigation team with a focus on employment, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction litigation. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory matters, lead trials and administrative proceedings, and provide strategic counsel to institutional and private clients.

Ideal candidates will take a leadership role within a busy practice group: supervising associates, developing client relationships, and coordinating cross-practice matters. The team routinely works on multi-jurisdictional disputes and collaborates with other offices on high-value matters.

Proven partner-level litigation background with substantial trial and/or arbitration experience
Significant experience in employment/labor matters and professional liability; healthcare and construction litigation experience preferred
Demonstrated client development and business generation skills; portable client relationships welcomed
Track record managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers; strong written and oral advocacy
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
