Seeking a seasoned lateral partner to join a national law firm’s Dallas office to lead and grow its real estate and construction practice. The role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial real estate and construction matters, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality legal work across transactional and project-related matters.

The successful candidate will have partner-level experience and will play a central role in business development and team leadership. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new work is welcome.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions, contracts, or project work).
Proven business development record and ability to cultivate client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience supervising associates and managing matter workflow and budgets.
Admission to practice in Texas or ability to obtain admission in a timely manner.
