Senior partner opportunity with a well‑regarded German law firm seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in Hamburg. The role combines client advisory, transactional work and dispute resolution across construction and infrastructure matters.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for business development, relationship management and team leadership within the office, working closely with the national practice while maintaining a significant degree of autonomy.

Established partner or equivalent with a strong, portable Real Estate/Construction practice
Proven track record in construction, infrastructure and related real estate matters
Demonstrable business development and client origination skills
Ability to lead teams and manage client engagements from a Hamburg base; German language proficiency required
