Senior real estate partner role within a well‑established German practice, focusing on large-scale real estate, construction and infrastructure matters. The role combines client advisory, project work and transactional oversight across development, construction contracting and related regulatory matters.

We are looking for a senior lawyer who will lead and grow the practice in Hamburg, manage teams on complex matters and maintain strong client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome and will be considered in the appointment.

Admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent) with an established track record in real estate and construction law.
Proven experience leading teams on complex development, construction procurement and infrastructure projects.
Strong client relationship and business‑development skills; experience with originating or bringing a portable practice is an advantage.
Excellent German and professional English communication skills.
