Leading German practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Hamburg office to strengthen its Real Estate and Construction capabilities. The role combines client advisory on construction and infrastructure projects with transactional and dispute work across the property lifecycle.

You will lead matters, develop and manage a team, and play a visible role in business development in the region. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice; a track record of originating and retaining clients will be advantageous.

Qualified to practice in Germany (admission to local bar)
Established partner-level experience in construction law and real estate matters
Proven client origination and business development ability (portable book of business welcomed)
Experience leading teams and managing client engagements
Fluency in German and strong English skills
