Leading US law firm seeks a partner to join its Los Angeles real estate and construction team. The role will handle complex transactional and construction-related matters for institutional and commercial clients, provide strategic advice on project delivery and contract risk allocation, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have an established practice and take a visible role in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership. Candidates with a portable client base or demonstrable origination capability are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law, including commercial transactions, leasing, development, and construction contracts
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; experience leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers
Active California bar admission (or eligible for admission)
Commercial judgment, strong drafting and negotiation abilities, and comfort working in a busy, client-focused practice
