Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in Philadelphia. The role will focus on originating and managing complex transactional and construction-related matters for regional and national clients.

This is a senior hire to help build the office footprint and expand client relationships locally. The firm is looking for a leader who can develop business, mentor lawyers, and collaborate across regional practice teams.

Established partner with a strong track record in real estate and construction matters.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable business highly desirable.
Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills; admitted in Pennsylvania or able to obtain admission.
