Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia real estate group with a focus on construction and related estate planning work. The role will handle a mix of real estate transactional matters, construction-related issues and select hospitality/succession-planning matters.

The practice will involve client-facing business development, managing deals and supervising junior lawyers. The team values candidates with both transactional and litigation experience in “dirt law” and a proven ability to develop and retain clients.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (transactional and/or litigation).
Proven track record of originating or developing client work; portable book of business welcomed.
Experience with hospitality or succession-planning matters a plus.
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar (or eligibility) and ability to work from the Philadelphia office.
Strong leadership, client-management and mentoring skills.
