Seeking a partner to join a national law firm’s Philadelphia litigation team with a primary focus on commercial litigation, labor & employment, and related professional liability and healthcare disputes. The role involves leading matters, supervising associates, and acting as a senior client contact on high‑stakes cases, including construction and healthcare‑related litigation.

This is an opportunity to grow an existing regional practice or expand a portable book of business within an established platform. The successful candidate will collaborate across practice groups and offices on cross‑disciplinary matters and contribute to business development and practice leadership.

Proven partner‑level litigation experience in commercial, employment/labor, healthcare or construction disputes.
Track record of managing case teams, handling complex motions and trials, and providing senior client advice.
Demonstrable business development capability; ability to bring or generate client matters preferred.
Active bar admission in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain admission; strong professional references and reputation.
