Lead partner opportunity for an experienced real estate and construction lawyer to join a well-established US law firm’s Philadelphia office. You will co-lead regional matters, advise developers, owners, and contractors, and work across transactional and construction-dispute matters.

The role combines client relationship ownership, origination, and team leadership. The firm offers a platform of national resources with a strong local presence and active referral pipeline.

Established partner track record in real estate and construction law, including transactional and construction-related dispute experience
Proven client development and relationship management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is welcome
Bar admission in Pennsylvania (or willingness to become admitted) and strong professional references
Ability to lead deals and mentor junior lawyers; comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-office environment
