Senior partner opportunity in the San Francisco office of a national law firm to lead and grow a real estate and construction practice. The role covers complex commercial real estate transactions, development and construction contracting, risk allocation and dispute avoidance/management for owners, developers, lenders and contractors.

The firm seeks an experienced partner with an established client base and the ability to originate and expand work across offices. The role offers partnership leadership responsibility, access to a broad platform of national resources, and support for building a team and cross-selling related services.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including transactions, development and construction contracts
Proven track record of originating and managing significant client relationships; portable business welcomed
Strong negotiation and drafting skills and experience managing deal processes and construction risk
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers; active California bar admission or ability to become admitted
