Seeking a partner to join a well-established national law firm’s San Francisco office to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice. The role will serve a mix of developer, owner, lender and contractor clients on commercial real estate, development and construction matters.

The position offers a platform to handle complex transactional work and construction-related disputes, mentor junior lawyers, and develop business in the Bay Area market. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrated origination ability are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (transactions and/or disputes).
Strong commercial client relationships and demonstrable business development ability; portable practice welcome.
Admitted to practice in California (or able to obtain admission).
Proven track record mentoring junior attorneys and managing client matters to completion.
