The role will focus on high-value transactional and development matters across commercial real estate and construction projects, working with sophisticated owner, lender and developer clients.

The partner will join an established team and be expected to originate business, manage complex deals, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to influence practice strategy and grow market presence in the Bay Area.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record of originating and leading complex real estate and construction transactions
Extensive experience counseling developers, owners, lenders or contractors on commercial real estate matters
Strong client relationships in the San Francisco market and ability to grow a regional practice
