Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction practice from the firm's San Francisco office. The role focuses on partner-level client work across commercial real estate transactions, construction matters, and related counseling for developers, owners, and contractors.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, develop and expand a portable practice, and work closely with cross-practice teams on regional and national matters. This is a leadership role that involves mentoring associates and contributing to business development initiatives.

Established partner-track record in real estate and/or construction matters (transactional and/or contentious)
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred
Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing teams
Strong written and oral advocacy and negotiation skills
Bar admission in California or willingness to obtain admission
