We are seeking a Real Estate Dispute Resolution Associate to join a busy property litigation team across multiple UK offices. The role involves advising on a broad range of contentious property matters, running your own caseload with supervision and supporting senior fee-earners on complex litigation and ADR.

Typical work includes landlord and tenant disputes (lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture), development-related disputes (rights of light, restrictive covenants, boundary issues), possession and trespass claims, and property insolvency and enforcement matters. The post offers regular court and tribunal exposure, client meetings, mediations and drafting of pleadings and witness statements.

This is a development-focused role with opportunities to contribute to team training, business development and mentoring more junior colleagues, and to benefit from structured learning and progression support.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with c.2–5 years PQE in property litigation or related dispute resolution
Strong technical knowledge of real estate law and practical litigation experience
Experience of County Court and First-tier Tribunal (property/land) proceedings
Proven drafting skills (pleadings, witness statements) and experience instructing counsel
Organised, commercially minded, excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail
