Join a busy real estate disputes group in London as a newly qualified Associate handling a broad mix of contentious property work. The role covers landlord and tenant disputes (including lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and possession), professional negligence and general property management litigation, plus higher‑value and complex cases such as building safety, development disputes and rights of light.

You will manage your own matters with supervision, support senior lawyers on complex litigation, and work for a mix of institutional landlords, developers, investors, occupiers and advisers. The team offers structured development, mentoring and early responsibility in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Newly qualified solicitor or due to qualify by September 2026
Strong technical grounding in real estate disputes (landlord & tenant experience preferred)
Commercial approach, attention to detail and sound judgment
Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines; collaborative team player
