Experienced Spain‑qualified lawyer sought to provide remote UK‑based transactional support to a real estate team. The role focuses on coordination and documentation for transactions (supporting real estate, banking and capital markets matters) with primary coverage of Madrid‑situated work from a London base.

This is a part‑time position with potential to move to full time depending on workload. Key duties include managing document checklists, assisting with due diligence and transaction bibles, coordinating completions, and acting as a central point of contact for transaction stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The post requires a proactive, detail‑focused operator who can work independently, provide regular progress updates, and liaise effectively with lawyers, clients and third parties.

Spain qualification (required).
Minimum 1 year PQE in real estate, banking or capital markets transactional work.
Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative and pragmatic approach.
Confident commercial judgement and willingness to ask questions when needed.
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
UK‑based and able to work remotely with occasional coordination across time zones.
