Mid-level associate opportunity in a large US finance team with a national real estate finance platform. The group acts for institutional lenders, investment managers, hedge funds and financial institutions on complex, lender‑side commercial real estate financings.

Work includes senior mortgage and mezzanine financings, bridge and construction loans, preferred equity, loan portfolio acquisitions/sales and structured secondary‑market transactions, as well as restructurings and workouts of performing and distressed assets.

Appointments are available across multiple US offices; candidates should be able to sit in any of the listed locations and will be eligible for the firm's standard bonus and benefits programs.

J.D. and active U.S. bar admission in good standing
3+ years of law firm experience in real estate finance or structured finance (securitization, warehouse financing or related transactions)
Experience representing lenders/creditors on commercial real estate financings; residential mortgage/consumer‑asset experience preferred
Strong drafting, transactional skills, and ability to manage deal work across teams
