Opportunity to join a leading global law firm's growing Real Estate Finance team in London. The team advises on the full spectrum of real estate financings across Europe and acts for both major lenders and real estate sponsors on high-value transactions across asset classes.

The role is suited to an England & Wales qualified associate (NQ–4 PQE) seeking continued development on complex, market-leading financings. You will work on cross-border matters with exposure to senior lawyers and clients and benefit from structured professional development and mentoring.

England & Wales qualified solicitor, NQ–4 PQE
Experience from a top-tier commercial law firm and demonstrable real estate finance experience
Strong technical drafting and commercial awareness; attention to detail
Proactive, collaborative communicator with client-facing capability
If applying at NQ level: completed a Finance seat during training; internal qualification offer helpful but not essential
