Mid-level associate opportunity on the Real Estate Finance team in offices across the United States, with current hiring in New York and Miami. The role focuses on transactional real estate matters for lenders and borrowers across mortgage financing, acquisition financing and related commercial real estate transactions.

Successful candidates will work on deal execution and customary due diligence tasks, including review of title insurance, survey and construction documentation, corporate formation documents and subordination/loan-related agreements. The position offers exposure to sophisticated financing matters in a high-volume transactional practice.

3–5 years of transactional real estate experience (real estate finance or commercial real estate)
Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers on financing transactions
Familiarity with due diligence matters: title, surveys, corporate documents, SNDAs and construction documentation
Active bar admission in New York or Florida
