Apply in confidence →Seeking a real estate finance associate to join a well-established New York practice focusing on commercial real estate finance. The role centers on representation of banks, debt funds and other lenders across complex financing transactions.
Day-to-day work will include securitization, syndication and participation structures involving commercial mortgage loans, construction financings and mezzanine debt. Experience representing borrowers, developers or owner/operators is a positive.
- 3–5 years' PQE in commercial real estate finance
- Experience with securitization, syndication and loan participation structures
- Track record representing commercial or investment banks, debt funds or other lenders
- Experience with commercial mortgage, construction or mezzanine loans; exposure to borrowers/developers a plus
