Mid-level associate role on a national real estate finance team. The position is open to candidates based in New York or Orange County, with exceptional candidates considered for other U.S. offices.

Work will focus on lender-side representation in construction, bridge and permanent financings, including drafting and negotiating mortgage and loan documentation and conducting real estate/entity due diligence. The team handles complex, structured commercial lending matters within a broad commercial practice.

4–6 years' associate experience representing lenders on construction, bridge, and permanent loans
Significant lender-side experience drafting and negotiating mortgage and loan documentation
Experience conducting real estate and entity due diligence
Admission and good standing in the CA or NY State Bar
Top academic credentials and excellent writing skills; resume, cover letter, and law school transcript required
