Join a market-leading Real Estate Investments team in London advising on high-value corporate real estate transactions, indirect investment structures and structured joint ventures. The role suits corporate transactional lawyers with a strong interest in focusing on real estate investments.

You will work on complex cross-border and domestic M&A and portfolio deals, structuring and operating joint ventures and other indirect real estate vehicles, and taking day-to-day responsibility for matter delivery alongside a specialist team.

The team offers structured training, regular feedback and clear progression routes, with opportunities to contribute to business development, pitch work and client-facing initiatives.

NQ–4 years PQE in corporate real estate, corporate/M&A or related practice areas
Experience advising on joint ventures and indirect real estate investment structures (corporates, partnerships, unit trusts)
Proven transactional drafting and negotiation skills on share sale/PPA and JV documentation
Ability to run matters day-to-day, manage timetables and coordinate multi-disciplinary input
Strong commercial awareness, client-facing ability and interest in business development
