Seeking a 1–3 PQE real estate lawyer to join a market-leading Sydney team advising on complex, high-value commercial property matters. The role covers acquisitions, disposals, major developments and capital-partnering transactions across office, industrial, retail, residential and mixed‑use assets.

You will draft and negotiate transactional and development documentation, support structuring and delivery of major projects, and collaborate closely with colleagues across tax, construction, finance, regulatory and planning disciplines. The team acts for Australian and international investors, developers, funds and corporates.

1–3 years post‑qualifying experience in commercial real estate or development work
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on complex property agreements
Experience on major development projects and transactional acquisitions/disposals
Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and client-facing skills
Team‑oriented with willingness to mentor more junior lawyers; right to work in Australia
