Real Estate Managing Associate — Manchester

Senior real estate role within a large Manchester property team, supporting and leading high-value commercial property matters. You'll manage your own caseload while working alongside senior lawyers on complex transactions across development, regeneration, office, retail and mixed-use schemes.

The role includes substantive client-facing work, project management on roll-outs of leases/easements and other large-scale property programmes, and active use of legal technology to drive efficient delivery. There is a clear emphasis on business development and building a specialist profile within the commercial property space.

You'll also take responsibility for supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners, contributing to team development and helping maintain high standards of client service and technical excellence.

• UK-qualified solicitor with c.5+ years' PQE in commercial property / real estate.
• Proven transactional experience across property acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant and estate management matters.
• Confident stakeholder management and experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
• Organised, commercially minded, and comfortable using legal technology and project-management tools to deliver large matters.
