Senior hire to lead and grow a well‑established real estate practice from the Manchester office. The role sits within a national property platform advising on commercial development, investment, mixed‑use schemes, landlord & tenant, finance and related planning/environmental matters.

You will take a visible commercial leadership role: managing and mentoring a team, winning and servicing clients, and collaborating with corporate, banking and restructuring colleagues and non‑legal property specialists to deliver integrated solutions.

Proven track record in commercial real estate law, with experience in development and real estate investment.
Strong business development ability and an existing market network; ambition to grow a client base and cross‑sell into a wider property platform.

UK qualification (solicitor) and eligibility to practice in England & Wales.
