Partner, PE / M&A – Manchester

This is an ongoing confidential search at partner level. The mandate is reviewed on a rolling basis with the client, and the description below is the current version.

Senior partner opening for an established private equity and M&A practice in Manchester. The role will lead deal teams on mid-to-large buyouts, carve-outs and strategic corporate transactions, working with a broad UK and international client base.

This is a senior business-development and case-leadership role: you will run transactions, originate mandates, and mentor associates while collaborating with other offices and practice groups across the firm.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in private equity and M&A, including leading cross-border transactions
• Strong origination and client relationship skills
• Experience managing and developing fee-earners
