Senior hire to lead and grow a well-established real estate practice in Manchester. The role is focused on commercial development and real estate investment work, working across landlord & tenant, mixed‑use and related property disciplines.

You'll join a national property team that works closely with corporate, banking, restructuring and insolvency colleagues and benefits from non-legal property services within the wider group. The role offers responsibility for client development, team leadership and cross-practice collaboration.

Proven track record in commercial real estate law, with strong experience in development and investment transactions
Demonstrable business development ability and a proactive networker with ambition to grow a client base
Experience leading and mentoring legal teams and working collaboratively across practice areas
Comfortable operating on technically complex and commercially focused matters
