Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Manchester

Senior partner role to lead and grow a construction-focused real estate litigation practice in the Manchester office. The role combines high-value dispute work with client development and team leadership across related commercial matters.

You'll manage and mentor associates, handle complex construction and real estate disputes from strategy through trial/arbitration, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters as required.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in construction and real estate matters
• Proven business development record and client relationship management
• Ability to lead teams, manage large案件, and supervise associate development
