A leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Manchester real estate and construction team. The role will focus on delivering complex real estate, development and construction matters for a mix of institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead transactions and construction projects, develop client relationships and work with an established team across the firm’s UK practice. This is a visible partner role with opportunities to grow an existing practice in the region.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate and construction matters, including transactions, leases and project contracts.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portability of a book of business or ability to develop new client relationships welcomed.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills; experience advising developers, landlords, occupiers and contractors.
Ability to lead deals and mentor other lawyers; admission to the relevant UK bar or equivalent qualification preferred.
