Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Manchester

Senior corporate partner opportunity to lead and grow an established transactional practice in Manchester. The role focuses on M&A and corporate transactional work across mid-market and larger deals, with responsibility for originating instruction and managing complex cross-team matters.

The firm is seeking a partner with a demonstrable track record of winning and executing corporate transactions, comfortable supervising associates and collaborating with other practice groups. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new business is welcomed.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Track record of originating or bringing work with a portable practice or strong business development capability.
• Experience leading deal teams and managing client relationships.
