A lateral partner hire of this kind turns on what actually moves with you, more than on any single number.

We are seeking an experienced Pensions lawyer (5+ years PQE) to join our national team. This role can be based in any of our key UK offices, including Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Manchester, Solent, or Thames Valley.

You will work alongside partners on a varied caseload, providing advisory support, handling project work including risk transfer matters, and drafting complex documents. You will also supervise and support more junior team members.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong technical knowledge of pensions law, able to manage their own workload and meet deadlines. We offer a collaborative and inclusive working environment, with flexible arrangements available.

Our team is highly regarded nationally, consistently ranked in leading legal directories. We advise a broad range of occupational pension scheme trustees and corporate clients, from small schemes to multi-billion-pound arrangements, including public bodies, SMEs, charities, and trade unions.

We are committed to diversity, inclusion, and well-being, and are proud to be a Disability Confident employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are happy to consider adjustments throughout the recruitment process.

Please note: The PQE guideline is indicative only; candidates with more or less experience are welcome to apply.
